Here at Jo Frances Arts we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

But sometimes things happen and thats why we offer a 30 day refund. This does not include personalised items like Pet Portraits, personalised gifts etc.

To request a refund please email info@jofrancesarts.co.uk. This request must be made within the 30 day period and does not include personalised items.

If your request meets our policy’s requirements we will issue a refund once the item has been recieved by us (we do not refund postage costs)

Our refund policy is in addition to any legal rights you have, and it in no way replaces those rights.
